Cancellation and Refund Policy

1 Introduction

At Cozumel Tours by Cab, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, we have established a cancellation policy that aims to balance flexibility for our customers with the operational sustainability of our services. It is important to note that due to non-refundable fees charged by payment gateways, a full 100% refund may not be possible in all circumstances.

2 Cancellations by the Customer

  • Between 48 and 72 hours in advance: 50% refund. The other 50% covers operational and processing costs.
  • More than 72 hours in advance: 90% refund. The remaining 10% covers processing fees and administrative costs.
  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refunds. This is due to commitments made with our providers and the operational impact of last-minute cancellations.

3 Cancellations by Cozumel Tours by Cab

In exceptional cases, such as adverse weather, safety issues, or force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an activity. In such cases, the following options will be offered:

  • Rescheduling the activity at a convenient date for the customer.
  • 100% credit for use in future bookings.
  • 90% refund, retaining 10% for processing fees.

4 Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation, please:

  • Send an email to Info@cozumeltourbycab.com with your booking number and reason for cancellation.
  • Requests will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

5 Additional Considerations

  • Payment gateway fees are charged by third parties and are non-refundable.
  • We recommend reviewing the cancellation policies of each activity, as some may have specific conditions.
  • For activities booked through third parties or partner providers, cancellation policies may vary.
